Colombia Only (For Now) We are shipping exclusively within Colombia. We get it to you, safe and sound.

1. The Cost No complicated math here.

• National Flat Rate: $15,000 COP. Anywhere in the country.

• Free Shipping: Unless a specific campaign or product says otherwise, shipping is on you.

• Medellín Locals: In the city? Skip the fee. Choose Pickup at checkout and come grab your gear at our HQ for free.

2. Timing is Everything

• Our Part: We don’t waste time. We pack and dispatch your order within 1 business day.

• The Carrier’s Part: Once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the road.

  • Main Cities: Usually 2-3 business days.

  • Rest of Colombia: Around 5 business days.

• Real talk: We can’t control the traffic or the weather, so these times are estimates. But if your package goes off the radar, we are here to help you track it down.

3. The Couriers We trust the pros. We prefer using Coordinadora or DHL (Certified Mail) to ensure everything arrives perfectly.

• Got a preference? If you absolutely need us to use a different carrier, leave a note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. We’ll do our best to make it happen.

4. Stalk Your Package As soon as we ship it, you’ll get an Email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case).
