The Process
How it works Not feeling the vibe? No problem. You have 5 business days (Right of Withdrawal) from the moment you receive your package to let us know. Don’t sleep on it.
Notify us: Reach out via Email, WhatsApp, or DM.
Pack it: Use the original packaging if possible. The item must be pristine.
Ship it: Send it back to our HQ.
We swap it: Once we inspect the gear, we’ll approve the exchange or refund immediately.
The Rules
Fair Play Only We keep it real with you, so keep it real with us.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If it smells like a party or has makeup stains, we can’t take it back.
Shipping Costs: We meet halfway. You pay to ship the item back to us; we pay to ship the new size/item back to you. Fair is fair.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, underwear is final sale. Also, items bought on Sale/Clearance are yours to keep—no returns or exchanges on discounted gear.
